Feenix Polish Fall and Halloween Polishes!

I am thrilled to have the Feenix Polish fall and Halloween Polishes for you today! Feenix Polish is a brilliant indie brand with a fabulous selection of glitters, holos and more! I love the combinations she comes up with, the are simple amazing! Jump the break for the swatches!

Candy Corn

Candy Corn is described as "Candy Corn brings back childhood memories for me. Maybe it will for you, too. This fun polish has a clear base with matte glitters in the colors of that classic Halloween candy." Candy Corn is a fun mix of white, orange and yellow matte glitter in a clear base. I absolutely love the color combo over black, it is perfect for October! I used 2 coats, but I like the effect of 1 coat as well. The formula of Feenix Polishes has improved, but the base is a bit thick, which means drying time is a bit long. 

Clots of Love

Coat 1:

Clots of Love is described as "Clots of Love is a black jelly that's just loaded with fine and ultrafine red glitter. It's perfect for wearing with that slinky black Halloween costume!" Clots of Love is a black jelly with   fine red glitter. The texture is not completely smooth and I used 2 coats for full opacity, again wait in between coats for best results.  love the combination of the red and black, its perfect for halloween, but can definitely be used at other times for a vampy look. 

Halloween Party

Halloween Party is described as "another black jelly base, shot full of two sizes of glitters in orange, purple and green." Halloween Party has a black tinted jelly base, full of mixed sized purple,green and orange glitter. Halloween Party had the best formula, it was the most smooth and I could easily distribute the glitter, I used 2 coats with undies! 

Twigs

Coat 1:

Twigs is described as "a sheer olive drab polish with a bit of green/gold shimmer." To me, Twigs is anything but drab, I love the gold/green shimmer in the gorgeous olive green polish. It is a perfect color for fall and works as undies for so many different polishes. I used 2 coats for full opacity, the formula was smooth.  

Cammie

Cammie is described as "a base of shimmering khaki. To that, we've added 14 different glitters in shades of green, gold, brown and gray." Cammie is a glitter bomb! I love the green,gold,brown,gray mix, it is something really special and looks stunning with Twigs. The formula was a bit like the other glitters, make sure you full wait in between coats. I used 2 coats to achieve the look I liked. 

Falling For You

Falling For You is described as "Falling For You starts with a clear base to which we have lightly added two shimmering pigments in tawny colors. To that, we have stirred in a mixture of ten different glitters, some of them matte." Falling For You is a gorgeous fall mix with matte and shimmering glitters. I enjoy how Falling For You looks over orange, and I am interested to see how it looks over red, gold and olive green! I didn't have issues with the formula, I like 1 and 2 coats layered.  

As I have said before, Feenix Polish has AMAZING combinations of glitters, that always blow me away. I wouldn't say that the formula is perfect on all of the polishes, but there is a continuing improvement, and some I had no problems with at all. I look forward to seeing future collections from the genius that is Feenix Polish!
