Today's review is for another gorgeous Jessica Cosmetic's Collection, the Gelato Mio Collection.

365 Days of Color's Mint Chip!

Today I have a very special polish, 365 Days of Color's Mint Chip from her Candy Shoppe Collection. Mint Chip is a gorgeous very light mint green with small black square glitter. The consistency of the polish is interesting, its somewhere between a jelly and a creme, but thats because it was made to be that way for everyones preference. Onto the swatches because this gorgeous polish can definitely speak for itself!

Tweezerman Nail Kit!

Before I start the review I want to apologize for my lack of posting lately, with finals week and packing everything up I have been super busy, and I am actually now going away for a week so the craziness continues. I have a very exciting summer ahead, but not much free time. I hope to continue to post more regularly and I hope you all forgive me. Now onto the post!

Today's review is for the Tweezerman Nail Kit I received as a Tweezerman Ambassador. The kit included a satin etched zebra clipper set, a satin etched zebra cuticle nipper, a pushy, an eco friendly file, a set of 5 premium emory boards, a sansation nail file, a pedro callus stone and a master tech ingrown toenail file and cleaner. 

Awakening Collection

The Awakening Collection from Jessica Cosmetics is a gorgeous collection of "Elegant Neutrals." There are six rich, versatile colors in this collection. When I first saw this collection I knew I needed to get my hands on it. I love cremes and the rich colors of this collection, they are perfect for nail art! or for a simple mani.The Awakening Collection is inspired by the butterfly and its transformation from a caterpillar. 

Dazzle Dry!

Today's post is for Dazzle Dry's Quick Dry System, Pink Plume and Silver Lace Texture. The Quick Dry System contains a base coat, top coat and nail prep! Pink Plume is a medium pink magenta creme. The Silver Lace texture is a silver shatter, but a little different from a normal shatter, which you can see below!

Mani of the Day!

Todays post is a mani of the day! I havent done one of these in quite a bit of time so I wanted to post this one! Today's mani is a bird silhouette mani. I cant help but think "Blackbird singing in the dead of night,Take these broken wings and learn to fly, All your life, You were only waiting for this moment to arise" I was actually inspired by the bird branch decorations I have in my dorm, I spent hours drawing and cutting out these branches!

Onto the polish..

I used Essie's Chinchilly as a base color for this design. Chinchilly is described by Essie as a sleek granite grey. I LOVE this grey, it works well with my skin tone and is just gorgeous! Chinchilly can be purchased from Essie here.

I used black acrylic paint to make this design. Acrylic paint can be found at your local craft store, Michael’s and ACMoore.
