OPI DS Mega Post!!

First, I want to apologize for the ever increasing lack of posts, I have had an extremely stressful term on top of a bunch of personal issues to deal with. I hope you all forgive me and will continue to follow Pretty in Paint, I promise the blog with be up and running like it used to be, but it may take another 2 months until that is possible.

Now, onto the post!

Today I have OPI DS polishes! I have 6 different DS polishes, all of which I purchased from copious! I didn't spend over $2.50 for any of these! These polishes are amazing and I am so excited to share the swatches!

DS Classic
Coat 1:

 Coat 2:

DS Classic is a gorgeous scattered holographic tan,it is described as "An elegant shimmer of golden beige". The holographic effect is pretty apparently, more than some of the other DS polishes. The formula was also smooth and opaque in 2 coats, one of my favorites of all the DS polishes I own.

DS Extravagance
Coat 1:
Coat 2:

DS Extravagance is gorgeous holographic deep magenta/plum. The formula was a little more difficult than DS Classic, you can see some staining of the the cuticles even after some clean up. I used 2 coats for full opacity

DS Opulence
Coat 1:
 Coat 2:

DS Opulence is a medium pink holo with a similar effect to DS Extravagance. Application was smooth and opaque in 2 coats. I love this shade, it is a pink that works well with my skintone and I love the holo effect!

DS Radiance
Coat 1:
 Coat 2:

DS Radiance is a strong metallic silver, it remind me a bit of tin foil actually! Super sparkly in a metallic (not glitter) kind of way. Application was a bit less smooth, and I needed 2 coats for opacity, but DS Radiance is definitely my go to silver now.

DS Sapphire
Coat 1:
 Coat 2:

DS Sapphire is probably my favorite DS polish, DS Sapphire is a gorgeous light blue linear holographic polish. The holo effect is super strong and gorgeous. I used 2 smooth coats for full opacity.

DS Temptation
Coat 1:
 Coat 2:
DS Temptation is a dark purple and blue glitter mix. DS Temptation is different from the rest of the DS polishes and also had a lot less smooth application which is pretty evident from the picture. However, I do like layering DS Temptation over another polish for an extra special sparkle! I used 2 coats for this terrible picture!

I absolutely LOVE OPI DS polishes, although they are a bit more expensive, I think they are super special and something I am glad to have in my collection. I hope to add some of the older, linear holos.
