Jessica Cosmetics It's A Girl Thing Collection Spring 2013

Today I have the Jessica Cosmetics It's A Girl Thing Collection! This Spring collection is a bit different from the all the pastel collections I've been seeing for the spring, so it's a nice change of pace! 

Jessica Cosmetics says the collection "celebrates girl power and girl fun" and features 6 polishes: Sun-Kissed Beauty, True Blue, Smitten Kitten, Sterling Queen, New Kid in Town and Ruby Empress. 

Mani of the Day!

Today I have another quick Mani of the Day post featuring a-england Galahad! Galahad is a gorgeous blue-green creme, with an amazing formula. Today is the last day of the a-england promotion, so I figured it would be the perfect day to show off this mani! I also used gold and black acrylic paint for the design. I was inspired by one of the nails on this mani! This abstract mosaic design is something different for me, but I really like how it came out!

Mani Of The Day!

Today's mani of the day is perfect for a winter day. I don't normally reach for red polishes, but I knew Deborah Lippman's Through the Fire would look perfect with a gold design. I used Gold Acrylic Paint and topped of the manicure with Jessica Cosmetics Gold Hologram top coat (Review Here)!

New Years Nails!

Happy New Years everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful celebration and I wish you a happy and healthy year. I have exciting news, today is the 1 year anniversary of Pretty in Paint! I can't believe it, and I hope for many more years. Now that the new year has come, it should be a bit easier for more regular posting and I look forward to it!

UK Haul!

If you've been following me on facebook, you know that I just returned from a semester abroad. I was studying at Oxford, and due to the intense workload, was not able to blog as much as I had hoped. I greatly apologize for that, but hope to rebuild Pretty in Paint and make the blog even greater than before! I am still jet-lagged and dealing with the technicalities of moving back from another country after 4 months (unpacking and such). Unfortunately, that means it will be a bit of time until I can fully get the blog up and running, but I hope to post more than while I was abroad.
